Don’t Drink … Play!
March 28th, 2021 by Quinn

If you enjoy having a a drink from time to time, keep your money at home if you plan to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Empty your evening bag, your wallet, and keep all money, charge cards and checkbooks at home. Take whatever money you intend to use on refreshments, tips and few dollars you expect to lose and leave the remainder behind.

Pessimistic? Not at all. Just realistic. You could have a profit after a intoxicated evening out with your acquaintances and be lucky enough to hit a marathon roll at a hot craps game. Don’t forget that story because it is as brief as it gets if you regularly drink alcohol and wager. The two just do not mix.

Leaving your money at home is a bit drastic, but preventative measures for drastic behavior is required. If you bet to succeed, then do not drink alcohol and bet. If you like to blow your $$$$ without a worry, then drink all the gratis booze your stomach are able to handle, but don’t pack credit cards and chequebooks to throw into the mix of going after squanderings after your drunk as a skunk head throws away every little thing!

Allow me to carry this one step further. Don’t consume alcohol and then go online to gamble in your favorite casino either. I love to beverage from the comfort of my condominium, however seeing that I’m linked up through Neteller, Firepay and have plastic credit near by, I can’t drink alcohol and wager.

How come? Even though I do not consume alcohol a lot, once I drink, it’s clearly adequate to befuddle my judgment. I bet, so I don’t drink when betting. If you are a drinker, don’t wager when you do. Both create an awful, and costly, cocktail.
